The name of the Company is SATOGEN TECHOLOGIES LIMITED; it has been operating through its directors individually for three years ago. The directors have done various projects and a lot of procurement this enable them to have enough experience to start-up company and work as group for a common interest of serving the general Public. The Company was incorporated in Uganda on 7th December, 2017 with a full detailed Memorandum and Articles of Association under Companies Act (CAP.110). From the name we directly have an insight of technology is all about and what it does i.e. All Civil Works, procurement, Consultancy, Morden construction, Building and estimates (B.O.Q), Land surveying, Compound designing, Land Scapping ,Earth movements. The Company as a whole was formed by a group of professionals from different fields with a common opinion of centralizing their activities to reduce costs thus offers cheap Technical and Professional Services to their Clients under one body. Its head office is in Bunyagabu with one managing Director.
